Meet the Dentists

Clair Miller, B.Sc., D.M.D.

Dr. Clair Miller received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1997. She is a very talented bag pipe player! Dr. Miller lives in Edmonton with her young family. She and her husband support Edmonton’s Scottish community with their involvement in the bag piping community. She loves dentistry and keeps us all up on the latest techniques and dental journal articles and developments, as she is a keen student even now. At the University of Saskatchewan they take a year very focused on medical training, so Clair is our "go to person" in the office for back up with patients with complex medical histories.

Leah Gully, B.Sc., D.D.S.

Dr. Leah Gully graduated from the University of Alberta in 1997 with Distinction and has been working at Whitemud Dental Centre with the Dental Divas since 1998. Raised in Edmonton, she enjoys working in her home neighborhood. She rescued Dr.Sandilands back in 1999 when they met just days before Kathryn was hospitalized for four months when pregnant with her youngest son Garrett. Leah stepped in to look after the office on a day's notice, and they have been inseparable ever since.

Dr. Gully treats patients of all ages, including small children, and loves the variety of dental work that general practice provides. She is a certified Invisalign provider and has had training at the Alberta Dental Implant Academy. She regularly attends continuing education courses, and enjoys expanding her skills.

She has 2 daughters, Zoe and Heidi. Spending time in nature is one of her favourite activities, especially hiking and camping, and she spends her spare time playing the cello, drawing, reading, and practicing yoga.
